My Birthday!!

Yes,

January 5th is my birthday!

This year I turn 50.

I have to say that 50 is feeling pretty good.

I am at a point in my life where I have never been happier ...

I have never felt better ...

and I am married to the man of my dreams.

I got flowers from my sweetheart!

They are just beautiful and I love them.

Thank you so much!

I got a birthday call and song from my Mom and Daddy Bruce.

I got a birthday call and song from my Dad and Mamma Wanda.

I got a birthday call and texts from both of our sons.

I won a gift certificate to Target in a Plexus goal setting contest.

Doug and I went to my birthday dinner with dear friends Bruce and Deena.

Bruce bought my birthday dinner!!

Thank you Bruce!

Deena even made me a surprise birthday Cake!

Yes, it was just as delicious as it sounds!

I had all kinds of birthday wishes from friends and family both on facebook and in person. 

I appreciate you all so much!

I spent the day in my pj's reading and Facebooking ... watching Hulu and Netflix.

Right now I'm reading a book called "Three Fates" by Nora Roberts.

Also played with the kittens!

And loved on my dogs!

The kittens will be ready to leave for their new homes in two to three weeks.

I sure am going to miss them.

We even woke up to snow this morning!

All in all it was a wonderful day!

We are planning an eagle watching trip very soon and hope to capture some pictures to share with you.
